What is Dance to the Beat?
Dance to the Beat is more than just a competition. It’s a nationwide celebration of body movement—a vibrant platform where Kenya’s best solo dancers, duos, and crews will come come together to tell their stories through movement.
The series will spotlight Kenya’s best solo dancers, duos, and crews as they showcase their skills, tell their stories, and move to the rhythms of both tradition and innovation.
The show will feature weekly challenges that blend African dance roots with modern styles, creating performances packed with emotion, storytelling, and unmatched energy.
Contestants will receive guidance from top choreographers and perform in front of a star-studded panel of dance judges. The audience will also get involved, helping decide who moves forward and who goes home.

KES 1,000,000 cash prize
A professional dance contract
