What are the entry requirements for the multimedia programs?
Do I need prior experience in multimedia to apply?
What is the application process and timeline?
Apply online through our website, attend a virtual or in-person interview, complete our creative aptitude assessment, and receive your admission decision within 7 days. Early applications are encouraged as we maintain small class sizes.
Can I apply if I'm currently working?
Our full-time programs require dedicated commitment Monday-Friday. However, we offer evening and weekend workshops for working professionals. Contact us to discuss flexible scheduling options.
Is there an age limit for applicants?
There’s no strict age limit, but most successful candidates are between 18-35 years old. We welcome mature students who demonstrate commitment and aptitude.
Programs & Curriculum
How long are the certificate programs?
All our certificate programs are 12 months long. This includes hands-on training, real projects, industry attachments, and portfolio development.
What's the difference between the various programs?
Each program focuses on specific skills: Multimedia Production covers all aspects, Audio Engineering specializes in sound, Photography focuses on visual storytelling, Graphic Design on branding, Film Production on cinematography, and Game Design on interactive media.
Do you provide industry-standard software training?
Yes, we train on Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition), Avid Media Composer, Pro Tools, Unity, Blender, and other industry-standard tools with licensed software access.
Are there practical projects during the course?
Absolutely! Each term includes real client projects, portfolio development, and industry attachments. Students work on live briefs from media houses, advertising agencies, and creative studios.
Do you provide equipment for training?
Yes, we provide all professional equipment including cameras, audio gear, computers with latest software, and editing suites during training hours.
Fees & Financial Support
What are the current program fees?
Fees range from KSh 140,000 to KSh 180,000 depending on the program. This covers tuition, equipment access, software licenses, materials, certification, and career support services.
Are there scholarship opportunities available?
Yes! We offer merit scholarships (up to 60% fee reduction), need-based bursaries, early bird discounts (10% off), and special rates for students from marginalized communities.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans including termly payments and monthly installments. A minimum 40% deposit is required upon admission, with the balance spread over the program duration.
What if I need to defer my admission?
Deferment is possible for up to one year with valid reasons. A small administrative fee applies, and your spot is guaranteed for the next available intake.
Career & Employment
What career opportunities are available after graduation?
Graduates work as video editors, content creators, photographers, graphic designers, audio engineers, film producers, game developers, and digital marketers in media houses, agencies, and as successful freelancers.
Do you guarantee job placement?
While we don’t guarantee jobs, our minimum target placement rate is 80% of our graduates securing employment or start businesses within 6 months. We provide job placement support, interview coaching, and maintain strong industry partnerships.
How do you support graduate entrepreneurs?
We offer business incubation programs, equipment financing partnerships, client referrals, ongoing mentorship, and access to our graduate network for collaborations and subcontracting opportunities.
Is there ongoing support after graduation?
Yes! Graduates receive lifetime access to our alumni network, advanced skills workshops, industry events, job opportunities, and equipment hire at discounted rates.
Facilities & Equipment
What equipment and facilities do you provide?
We have professional video studios, audio recording booths, photography studios, computer labs with high-end machines, equipment library (cameras, microphones, lighting), and collaborative workspaces.
Can students access facilities outside class hours?
Yes! Students have extended access to labs and equipment for personal projects. Our facilities are available from 7 AM to 10 PM, including weekends with prior booking.
Where are your training centers located?
Our main campus is in Nairobi CBD, with additional satellite centers coming soon in Westlands, Mombasa (Nyali), and Kisumu.
Do you provide accommodation?
Technology & Online Learning
Do you offer online or hybrid learning options?
Yes! We offer hybrid programs combining in-person practical sessions with online theory classes. Some workshops and masterclasses are available fully online for international students.
What technology requirements do I need?
While we provide all equipment during training, having a personal laptop (minimum 8GB RAM, 6th generation and above, and dedicated graphics card preferred) helps with home assignments and portfolio development.
How do you stay current with industry trends?
Do you teach AI and emerging technologies?
Yes! Our updated curriculum includes AI tools for content creation, virtual production techniques, 360-degree video, drone cinematography, and emerging platforms like TikTok and YouTube optimization.
